MEOPHAM ~ an out of the way place
The history of the village of Meopham includes the hamlets of Nurstead,
Camer, Priestwood, Harvel and Culverstone. It has been the birthplace
of an archbishop and home to a Royal gardener.
The building of the windmill, Meopham's notable landmark is described and shows
the rarely seen interior with other notable buildings and houses of the village.
